TENZER-PELTON

Martha Meriwether Pelton, adaughter of Dr. and Mrs. E. Williams Pelton, II, of Charlottesville, Virginia, was married October 10, 1993, to David Ian Tenzer, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Tenzer of Roanoke, Virginia. Rabbi Jerome Fox officiated the ceremony at Beth Israel Synagogue in Roanoke,Virginia.

Mr. and Mrs. Tenzer are both graduates from the University of Virginia. Mrs. Tenzer is a medical technologist at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Her father is a neurologist at Martha Jefferson Hospital. Mrs. Tenzer is a granddaughter of Mr. John deKoven Bowen, II, of Charlottesville, Virginia, and Ms. Martha Shirer of Lenox,Massachusetts.

Mr. Tenzer recently received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. His father is a retired corporate vice president of the General Electric Company. Mr. Tenzer is the grandson of Mrs. Belle Turk of Trenton, New Jersey.

The couple will reside in Charlottesville, after a honeymoon in Italy.
