RADFORD RUNNER WINS 5K RACE IN GALAX

Kevin Knepshield of Radford won the men's overall title and Sally Meserole of Wilmington, N.C., won the women's overall at the Galax Autumn Days 5K run.

Knepshield won by 43 seconds over Tim Scott with a time of 16 minutes, 17 seconds. Meserole won by three seconds over Renee Shelton of Galax with a time of 22:44.
