HUMANE SOCIETY HAS THRIFT STORE

The Humane Society of Montgomery County wants your cast-off household items for its second hand store, The Second Time Around, in Patrick Henry Plaza on North Main Street, next to Food Lion.

They will accept furniture, household and kitchen items, sports equipment, books, records and tapes, arts and crafts, childrens' clothing, toys, plants and other items.

The store cannot accept adult clothing, large appliances or large television sets.

Proceeds from the store help support the animal shelter.

Take items to the store Fridays, 9 a.m,.-1 p.m. or Saturdays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
