OBIT FERGUSON, ETHEL MEADOR

FERGUSON, Ethel Meador, of Roanoke, died Monday, November 1, 1993. Surviving are her husband, Vance D. (Jim) Ferguson; a daughter and son-in-law, Dora Mae and Buddy McDowell, St. Augustine, Fla.; a granddaughter, Teresa McDowell; a grandson, Justin McDowell; three sisters, Alberta Furrow, Roanoke, Muriel Holt, Copper Hill, Kessie Webster, Boones Mill; six brothers, Clyde Meador, Glade Hill, Layman Meador, Hardy, Rudolph Meador, Mechanicsville, Arthur Meador, Roanoke, Eugene Meador, Hardy, Jack Meador, Boones Mill. Funeral services will be conducted from Lotz Roanoke Chapel, 12:00 Thursday, November 4, 1993, with the Rev. David Henderson officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Lotz Roanoke Chapel 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
