OBIT MEADOWS, KYLE ROBERT

MEADOWS, Kyle Robert 66, of 720 Fourth St., N.E., Pulaski, died Monday, November 1, at his home. He was born in Bland County on May 3, 1927, and was the son of the late Albert Terry Meadows and Laura Millirons Meadows. He was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church, Pulaski, and was a retired employee of Celanese Corp., Narrows, Va. He was preceded in death by his wife, Etta Mae Roberts Meadows. Surviving are two sons, Douglas Wayne Meadows and Daniel Kyle Meadows, of Pulaski; two grandchildren, Kayla Michele Meadows, and Leslie Ann Meadows, of Pulaski; three sisters, Ruby Davis, of Lewistown, Pa., Audrey Nuckolls, of Pulaski, and Juanita Melton, of Dublin; one brother, Miller C. Meadows, of Little Creek. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 4, at 11 a.m., from the Memorial Baptist Church, with the Rev. Patrick Coffey officiating. Burial will follow in Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. The family will be meeting at the residence of the son, Daniel Kyle Meadows, 33 - 5th St., N.W., Pulaski.
