OBIT WITT, KENNETH WAYNE

WITT, Kenneth Wayne, 55, of Christiansburg, died Monday, November 1, 1993, at his home after a long illness. He was an employee of the Kroger Company for over 39 years. Preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Perdue Witt, he is survived by his wife, Sherry Willis Witt; one son, Michael A. Witt, Bluefield, W. Va.; two grandsons, Chase and Casey Witt, both of Christiansburg; his father and stepmother, Fred and Lera Witt, Bastion; his father and mother-in-law, Roy and Margie Willis, Ridgeway. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 4, at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel, Christiansburg, conducted by Mr. Jim Bayne, with interment to follow in Grandview Memory Gardens, Tazewell Road, Bluefield, Va. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
