PEDIGO, Clarence Neil, 81, of Roanoke, died Friday, November 5, 1993, in a
local hospital. He was a member of Vinton Lodge No. 204 A.F. & A.M., Webber
High Twelve Lodge No. 282 A.F. & A.M., Roanoke Scottish Rite Bodies, and Kazim
Temple Shrine, and the V.F.W. Vinton Post No. 4522. He was a naval veteran of
World War II and was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth R. Pedigo; a sister,
Shirley P. Ward. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Gene
R. Eastwood, Roanoke, Mollie and Arnold Harris, Hardy; a son and
daughter-in-law, Bobby and Darlene Pedigo, Vinton; four grandsons and their
wives, Rob and Teri Harris, Escondido, Calif., Tim and Sharon Harris, Falls
Church, Eric and Kathy Pedigo, Bedford, Andrew and Tina Eastwood, Roanoke; two
granddaughters, Rebecca Eastwood, Roanoke, Lisa and her husband, Danny
Feathers, Vinton; three great-grandchildren, Kara and Drew Eastwood, Robert
Zachary Harris; two sisters, Catherine Linkous, Fayetteville, N.C., Rachel
Nichols, Roanoke; a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be
conducted 11 a.m. Monday, November 8, 1993, at Mountain View Cemetery with
Pastor Wilmar Wegner officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests
memorials be made to the charity of your choice. Friends may call at Oakey's
Vinton Chapel.
