OBIT-UMBERGER, CONRAD HENRY

UMBERGER, Conrad Henry, 90, of Birdmont Health Care Center, Wytheville, died Saturday, November 6, 1993, in the Wythe County Community Hospital. He was a retired farmer and was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Lou Felty Umberger. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Anna Lou Key of Vienna; two sons, Henry F. Umberger of Bristol and C. Dayne Umberger of Wytheville; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 9, 1993, at 2 p.m. in the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church conducted by Pastor Roger Kluttz. Interment will follow in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Grubb Funeral Home Monday evening from 7 to 9, and at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Dayne and Jenny Umberger, at anytime. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund. The Grubb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
