Actually, Barter's activities will not be finished even for 1993 when its current production of ``Dracula'' ends Nov. 7. ``A Barter Christmas,'' a special holiday entertainment combining Yuletide tall tales with music of the season, will be performed Dec.10-23.
Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with 2 p.m. matinees Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday. From Dec. 21-23, there will be added 7:30 p.m. performances Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Barter has already scheduled two plays for its 1994 season. It will open in the spring with J.M. Barrie's classic ``Peter Pan'' and close with a stage adaptation of Harper Lee's award-winning novel, ``To Kill a Mockingbird.''
Barter is in the process of negotiating rights for five other plays, to be chosen from ``Lost in Yonkers,'' ``Dangerous Corner,'' ``Deja Vu,'' ``Camelot,'' ``Man of La Mancha,'' ``Greenwillow,'' ``Always...Patsy Cline,'' ``Dancing at Lughnasa,'' ``The Lion in Winter,'' ``The LIttle Foxes,'' ``I Hate Hamlet,'' ``Lettice and Lovage'' and ``The Land of Cotton.''
