There will be performances at 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday as well as a 2 p.m. performance Saturday beyond the play's scheduled four-week run.
Johnson Memorial Hospital will hold a blood drive at Barter Playhouse from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Donors will receive free tickets to the 2 p.m. matinee that day or they can get tickets for half-price for any of the added performances.
``Dracula!'' has set new attendance records at Barter for this time of year. Performances through the original closing date in mid-November have been sold out.
``We've never seen anything quite like this before,'' said Lori Ward, Barter's marketing director. ```Dracula!' played to full houses every night it was performed and set a record for the number of shows that sold out.''
Besides the public performances, it played to more than 9,000 students who came for weekday shows from five states.
Reservations for the additional performances can be made by calling toll-free (800)-368-3240.
