EDWARDS-MILLION

Cynthia Diane Edwards and Eugene Smith Million, Jr., of Richmond are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke in July 1994. She is the daughter of Mrs. Rachel A. Edwards of Roanoke and the late Thomas E. Edwards. Miss Edwards is a graduate of Northside High School and is presently attending J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond. She is employed by Brown and Williamson Corporation of Louisville, Ky. Mr. Million is the son of Mrs. Marilyn A. Million of Greensboro, N. C., and the late Eugene S. Million. He is a graduate of Vicenza American High School in Vincenza, Italy. He is employed by NTA Administrative Services, Inc. of Dallas, Texas.
