Andrew and Anne DeLeo, of West Roanoke County, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Lynn DeLeo, to Dale Richard Holt, both of Midlothian, Virginia. He is the son ofRoberta Holt, of Virginia Beach.

Andrea is a graduate of Glenvar High School and Radford University. Dale is a graduate of Princess Anne High School, Va. Beach, James Madison University, and the University of Virginia. They are both employed by Chesterfield County Schools.

A wedding is being planned for April 1994.
