BROWN-DEHART

Sharon Dawn DeHart and Tony Davis Brown, Jr. were married September 11, 1993 in Mill Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lawrence Dodson officiating. A reception and dance was given by the bride's parents at Willow Creek Country Club in Rocky Mount, Va. Flowergirl was Miss Becky Reiser, niece of the groom. The ushers were Mr. James E. DeHart, Jr., brother of the bride; and Mr. Chan Reiser, nephew of the groom. Ringbearer was Will Reiser, nephew of the groom. The guestbook was attended by Miss Kate Reiser and Miss Carrie Reiser. The couple exchanged vows in a candlelight setting of candelabra, palms, ferns, floralarrangements, aisle cloth and pew bows. Hurricane lamps decorated the windows. The bride wore a white satin, hand beaded embroidered lace gown with a cathedral length train and a butterfly bustle. She wore a fingertip tiered veil of rolledillusion attached to a pearl headband. She carried a cascade bouquet of ivy, pearls, miniature white carnations and fuchsia rose buds. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James E. DeHart, Sr., of Henry, Va. She is a graduate of Franklin County High School and attended VirginiaWestern Community College. She isemployed by the Bank of Ferrum asCashier and Personnel Director. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Davis Brown, Sr., of Collinsville, Va. He is a graduate of John D. Bassett High School and attended Patrick Henry Community College. He is employed by E.I. Dupont in the Precision Concepts Division. Thenewlyweds will live in Collinsville, after their wedding trip to Bermuda.
