BARRETT ANNIVERSARY

Charles and Doris Lee Barrett will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary November 26, 1993. The celebration will be a reception in their honor at the home of their son in Roanoke. It will be hosted by their children, spouses and grandchildren. The couple were married November 26, 1943 in Chattanooga, Tenn. They have lived in Roanoke one year. Their children are David Barrett of Roanoke; Charles Barrett of Cahutta, Ga.; and KathyMurray of Camp LeJeune, N.C. They have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Barrett is a retired minister. Mr. and Mrs. Barrett served as foreign missionaries in Haiti for six years.
