OBIT LAYMAN, JIMMY ALLEN

LAYMAN, Jimmy Allen, 32, of Copper Hill, passed away Sunday, November 21, 1993, as a result of an automobile accident. He was a mechanic for Magic City Ford in Roanoke. Survivors include his wife, Becky Hale Layman of Copper Hill; one son, Bradley Layman of the home; one stepson, Buster Walters of the home; his father, Joseph Allen Layman of New Castle; his mother, Margaret Duncan Almekinder of Lyons, N.Y.; two brothers, Michael Allen Layman and David Allen Layman, both of New Castle; two sisters, Darlene Yavonne Almekinder and Missy Almekinder, both of Lyons, N.Y. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Douglas Powers officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at the Huffman Memorial Cemetery, New Castle. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
