SMITH, Fred J., 73, of Clifton Forge, died Sunday morning, November 21, 1993 in the Clifton Forge Nursing Home. He was a former resident of Eagle Rock . He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Fain, of Cambridge City, Ind.; a sister, Mary Brisendine of Covington; a brother, James L. Smith of Covington; two grandsons; and a special friend, Dovie Bryant. He was preceded in death by a sister, Virgie Miller. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Alleghany Memorial Park. Arrangements by Eagle Rock Funeral Home.
