The Cave Spring Tigers rallied to beat the Vinton Strikers 3-2 on Sunday in the Roanoke County Soccer League boys' Division 3 championship game.
Cave Spring trailed 2-0 at half, then tied it on two goals by Kyle Harmon in the second half. David Harms scored the game-winner with five minutes to go.
Cave Spring advances to regional play Saturday at a site to be determined.
Girls' hoops clinic will be held at Northside
The third annual High Five Hoops Clinic for girls in grades three through 12 will be held at Northside High School on Nov. 27 with sessions from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The coaches and players of the Virginia Tech Lady Hokies will be the instructors.
The $10 fee includes a free High Five Hoops Clinic T-shirt. Deadline for registration is Monday.
