CICATELLI-BIGGS

Susan Biggs and Gene Randall Cicatelli (known professionally as Gene Randall) were married November 27, 1993, in the Wesley Chapel of United Methodist Church in Urbana, Maryland. The Rev. William R. Kyle, Jr., performed the ceremony. The reception was held at The Turning Point Inn in Urbana, Maryland. The matron of honor was Donna Biggs Cravath, sister of the bride. Flowergirls were Cristen Cravath and Anna Beth Biggs, nieces of the bride. The best man was Robert Waller, friend of the groom. Ushers were Philip Biggs, brother of the bride, and Steve Cravath, brother-in-law. Ringbearers were Tone Biggs and Craig Cravath, nephews. Photography was by Helen Santoro, of Falls Church, Va. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Robert Biggs, of Roanoke. She graduated from Cave Spring High School in 1977, and from the University of Virginia and the University of Pennsylvania. She is employed by Georgetown University Hospital. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Cicatelli, of New Port Richey, Florida. He graduated from Stepinac High School in White Plains, N.Y., and from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He is employed by the Cable News Network. After the wedding trip to Thailand, the newlyweds will live in Arlington, Va.
