OBIT FORE, LEO WINFORD

FORE, Leo Winford, 76, of Route 2, Vinton, passed away Saturday, November 27, 1993, at the Veteran's Hospital in Salem. He was retired from David H. Joseph Company and served with the United States Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Mayhew Fore. Survivors include one brother, John W. Fore of Vinton; one sister, Thelma Fore Chittum of Vinton; several nieces and nephews, including Calvin R. Wheeler and Rhonda R. Gordon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 1993, from the Lotz Vinton Chapel. The Rev. Chip Corbin and the Rev. Bobby Harris will officiate. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
