OBIT TANEY, CAROLE GLYNN

TANEY, Carole Glynn, of Bent Mountain, died Saturday, November 27, 1993. She is survived by her husband, James B. Taney of Bent Mountain; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen J. and Dr. Joseph C. Ptasinski of Chicago, Ill.; a granddaughter, Krystina J. Ptasinski; mother and stepfather, Paul and Winnie Grogan of Douglas, Ala.; sisters, Pauline Juengst of Cincinnati, Ohio, Virginia Hayes of Douglas, Ala.; brother, James Knight of Douglas, Ala. A memorial service will be conducted in Douglas, Ala. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bent Mountain Rescue Squad. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
