OBIT RICHARDSON, MARIA WALTERS

RICHARDSON, Maria Walters, 61, of Route 2, Rural Retreat, died Saturday, November 27, 1993, in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Lilburn Ray Richardson Jr., Rural Retreat; mother-in-law, Mrs. Lilburn Ray Richardson Sr., Wytheville; three sisters, Mary Trough, Ruth Felekey, Middland, Pa., Patsy Mullins, Manassas, Va; three brothers, Lloyd Walters, Augusta, Ga., Lawrence Walters, Big Stone Gap, Va., Hobert Walters, New Ellenton, S.C. and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Monday, November 29, 1993, at 11 a.m., in the Sunset Memory Gardens, Rural Retreat, Va., conducted by the Rev. Dr. Barry Losey. The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. L. Ray Richardson Sr., at 630 West Franklin St., Wytheville, at anytime. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. The Grubb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
