Radford University is sponsoring a videoconference, "Peter Senge: Understanding Learning Organizations," Dec. 10 from 12:30-4 p.m.

Senge will discuss learning organizations and give examples of individuals and organizations that have adopted the learning organization approach. A question and answer period will follow.
