ETC. GA. TECH HIRES BASEBALL COACH

Danny Hall, who took Kent State to the NCAA Tournament the past two seasons, has been named baseball coach at Georgia Tech. Hall had a 208-117 record in six seasons at Kent State, winning Mid-American Conference titles in 1992 and 1993.

Hall replaces Jim Morris, who had a 504-244-1 record in 12 seasons with the Yellow Jackets. Morris left to become coach at Miami.
