OBIT STONE, HENRY WILSON
STONE, Henry Wilson, 83, of Rt. 2, Buchanan, formerly of Clifton Forge,
died Thursday, December 2, 1993, at the Camelot Hall Nursing Home, Salem. He
was born in Clifton Forge on January 26, 1910, son of the late Clarence Paul
and Prudence Linkenhoker Stone. He was a retired farmer from the Ageon Farm,
member of Central United Methodist Church and served in the U. S. Army during
WW II. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Harris of Roanoke, Mrs.
Mamie S. Ehrlich of Vinton; a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services
will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge, with
the Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Interment to follow. Friends may call
any time at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
