in the fellowship hall. The maid of honor was Christina L. Arthur, daughter of
the bride. The flowergirl was Amanda Crotty, niece of the bride. The best man
was Randall Wilks, brother of the groom.Brian Arthur, son of the bride, was
the usher. The bride wore a gown of green velvet, and carried a bouquet
ofPoinsettias. The bride is the daughter of Dorothy I. Payne and the late
Roscoe Payne of Roanoke. She is a graduate of William Fleming High School
andNational Business college. She isemployed as a Financial Planner with IDS
Financial Service. The groom is the son of William and Helen Wilks of Roanoke.
He is a graduate of Northside High School. He is employed by Double Envelope.
Thenewlyweds will live in Roanoke.
