SLOANE ANNIVERSARY
James H. and Marie C. Sloanecelebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on
November 21, 1993. An open house reception, hosted by their children, was held
at their home. They were married on November 23, 1943. Mrs. Sloane is the
former Marie Cundiff. They have two children, Sharon Cooper of Roanoke, and
Michael Sloane of Vinton; also 4 grandchildren. Both Mr. and Mrs. Sloane are
retired.
