Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke, apparently losing patience with delays in gaining approval for a new stadium in Washington, D.C., has been holding discussions about two possible sites for a new stadium.
One site would be adjacent to Laurel Race Course. The second would be on a 400-acre parcel in Loudoun County, near Dulles International Airport.
