Organizers have made plans to have one or two Tech football coaches at the function, which will be a celebration of the Hokies' 8-3 season and bid to the Independence Bowl on Dec. 31 in Shreveport. Admission to the meeting is $3 for adults and $1 for children, with a cash bar and light refreshments.
