OBIT ZANGARI, GIUSEPPI F.
ZANGARI, Giuseppi F., ("Frank"), 57, of Salem, passed away Sunday, December
5, 1993. Mr. Zangari was born in Flemington, W.Va. He was the son of the late
Giuseppi Zangari and Maria I. Zangari, who survives in Roanoke. He is retired
from the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation. He was a member
of Kazim Temple, Knights of Columbus, American Legion, Cave Spring Masonic
Lodge # 230 and a member of Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church. He is
survived by his mother, Maria I. Zangari; two sisters and brothers-in-law,
Virginia and Pasquelino Cavallaro, Montreal, Canada, Rosina Z. and Bill Stack
of Roanoke; two nieces and a nephew in Canada; a very special niece and
nephew, Maria and Joe Stack, Roanoke; also surviving are numerous relatives in
Italy and Australia. Funeral mass will be conducted at 6 p.m. Thursday,
December 9, 1993, at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church, with Father Kenneth
G. Stofft officiating. Prayer services will be conducted at F.E. Runner
Funeral Home, Elkins, W.Va. on Friday, December 10, 1993, 6 p.m. Interment
will be in St. Brendan's Church Cemetery, Elkins, W.Va. Friends may call after
noon Wednesday at Lotz Funeral Home in Roanoke.
