OBIT YOUNG, CHARLES H.

YOUNG, Charles H., ("Hub"), 86, of Ferrum, died Wednesday, December 8, 1993, in Franklin Health Care Center. Surviving are five daughters, Pearl Santrock, Jean Ruth, Josephine Micolupo all of Rocky Mount, Margaret Cooper, Wirtz and Betty Blankenship, Roanoke; four sons, Junior Young, Claudie Young, Curtis Young and Sterling Young all of Ferrum; 26 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted Friday 2 p.m. at Franklin Memorial Park with the Elder W. Lane Carter officiating. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at the Flora Funeral Service where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. and other times at the resident of Jean Ruth, 533 Scuffling Hill Road. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main Street, Rocky Mount.
