OBIT BISHOP, MARION JEFFERSON

BISHOP, Marion Jefferson, 67, of Riner, passed away Thursday, December 9, 1993 at Radford Community Hospital. He was a retired employee of Adams Construction Company with over forty three years of service. Surviving are his wife, Helen McGuyer Bishop; two sons, Jeff Bishop, Florida, Randy Bishop, Riner; a stepson, David Allen McGuyer, Riner; one grandson, Jay Bishop, Florida; a half sister, Ida Bishop, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Glenn Griffin with burial in Wilson Cemetery, Floyd County. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 Friday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
