CIVIL WAR HISTORIAN WILL SIGN HIS BOOKS

Author and historian Gary C. Walker will sign copies of his books about the Civil War in Virginia on Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Mountain Book Company in Covington.

Books by Walker include ``The War in Southwest Virginia, 1861-'65,'' ``Hunter's Fiery Raid Through Virginia Valleys'' and ``Civil War Tales.''
