WHITTAKER ANNIVERSARY

Mr. & Mrs. Frank Whittaker celebrated their 50th anniversary on Dec. 5, 1993 at Bethany Christian Church, Roanoke. It was hosted by their eight children and spouses. The couple were married Dec. 5, 1943 in War, W.Va. They have resided in Roanoke for 30 years. Mrs. Whittaker is the former Vivian I. Christian of War, W.Va. They have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Whittaker is retired from Paramount Group, Tanglewood Mall. Mrs. Whittaker is a homemaker. They are members of Bethany Christian Church in Roanoke.
