PH'S CROSBY SETS TRACK MEET RECORD

Arminta Crosby set a meet record Saturday at the Lynchburg Area Track and Field Invitational.

The Patrick Henry sprinter ran the 60-yard dash in 6.8 seconds. She also won the long jump with a leap of 17 feet, 8 inches and placed second in the 300-yard dash.

Teammate Meredith Bowden placed third in the 600-yard dash.

Jamie Price led PH's boy's team. He won the 300-yard dash in 33.3 seconds and placed second in the 60-yard dash.
