NEW YEAR'S EVE LOCK-IN AT MALL

The New Year's Eve Lock-In at the New River Valley Mall for 13- to 18-year-olds will begin at 10 p.m. Dec. 31 and last until 7 a.m. Jan 1.

Free food and drinks will be provided, and live entertainment will perform all night.

Several games and prizes are planned, along with rap, rock, drama, talent and gong shows.

A permission release form must be returned along with $5 before the event. Forms may be picked up at the New Life Bookstores in Blacksburg and Christiansburg and Straight Street in Christiansburg.

Admission is $10 at the door, if space is available.

Two hundred teen-agers will be admitted.

The lock-in is sponsored by the New River Valley Mall and Vision Agape Productions.
