OBIT CLARK, FRANCES DUNN

CLARK, Frances Dunn, ("Fuzzy"), 81, of Bland, died Monday, December 13, 1993, in the Kegley Manor, Bastian, Va. She was born February 23, 1912, a daughter of the late Frank Lee and Minnie Wayne Peery Dunn. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Dunn Mallory, Bland, Va., Mrs. Eleanor Dunn Matthews, St. Paul, Va. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 15, 1993, at 11 a.m. in the Newberry Funeral Chapel, Bland, Va., with the Rev. E. G. Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Bland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Newberry Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, and at the home of Tommy Mallory Jr. at any time. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Bland Fire Department or the Bland County Rescue Squad. Newberry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
