JEWELER WINS DECORATION CONTEST

P.R. Sturgill's Fine Jewelry store took first place in the holiday decorating contest where shoppers were the judges. Radford City Florist received second place, and Smithman's won third. About 60 Radford businesses are staying open until 8 p.m. on weekdays so folks who work days may shop conveniently.
