OBIT FREEMAN, MARY ELIZABETH

FREEMAN, Mary Elizabeth, 76, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 1993. She was a retired employee of the City of Roanoke. Survivors include her husband, Aubrey Freeman; two sisters, Vivian (Lloyd D.) Pennix of California, Dorothy (Ray) Lipscomb of Roanoke; one brother, Alfred Swain of Vinton; one aunt, Elsie Callaway of Roanoke; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Noel C. Taylor will officiate with interment in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
