OBIT WEAVER, NOMA MABES
WEAVER, Noma Mabes, 94, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, December 15, 1993. She
was the widow of James David Weaver. For many years, Mrs. Weaver sold produce
and flowers on the Roanoke City Market. Surviving are daughters, Ruby
Caldwell, Annie Mabes, Audrey Kesler all of Roanoke; son, David Weaver,
Roanoke; a number of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great
grandchildren; including a special grandson, Sherman Callahan. A graveside
service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family
will receive from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
