CHRISTIANSBURG SCHEDULE FOR HOLIDAYS

The Town of Christiansburg has announced its schedule for the Christmas and New Year's holidays:

Town offices, Recreation Center and Senior Center will close at noon Thursday and remain closed all day Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.

Thursday's trash pickup will be during the morning. Friday's trash collection will be postponed until Dec. 27.

Town offices will be closed New Year's Eve, Dec. 31. The Recreation Center and Senior Center will close Dec. 30 and Dec. 31.

Friday's trash collection will be postponed until Jan. 3. Residents should place trash at the curb before 8 a.m.
