SATURDAY NIGHT TV SHOWS CANCELED

ABC Enetertainment has pulled "George" and "Where I Live" from its Saturday schedules. Instead the network will air movies in the 8-to-10 p.m. slot.

ABC executives say "George," which starred boxer George Foreman, will be back. But they were mum about the prospects for "Where I Live," which starred Doug E. Doug. Ratings for both shows have been poor.

The 9-to-10 p.m. slot has been occupied by "Matlock" reruns since Paul Poundstone went toes up after just two outings.
