FOSTER-SPIRE

Mr. and Mrs. Samuel C. Foster of Blue Ridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Ann, to Steven Ronald Spire of Dandridge, Tennessee. Mr. Spire is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Ronald D. Spire also of Dandridge.

Miss Foster is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and Bridgewater College. She is attending Hollins College.

Mr. Spire is a graduate of Jefferson County High School and Bridgewater College. He is currently serving the Church of the Brethren as Associate Pastor and Youth Minister in Jonesborough, Tennessee.

A June wedding is planned.
