OBIT-COPENHAVER, GLENN E.
COPENHAVER, Glenn E., 82, of Marion, died Saturday, December 18, 1993 in
Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tenn. He is survived by his wife,
Ethel Coulthard Copenhaver of Marion; one daughter, Joyce C. Freed and husband
John W., of Roanoke; two sons, Reverend W. Eugene Copenhaver and wife, Martha
of Manassas, Don E. Copenhaver and wife, Mary Lou, of Pulaski; two sisters,
Mary C. Pennington of Marion and Carley C. Greer of Melbourne, Fla.; five
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 11
a.m. Monday, December 20, 1993 at the Ebenezer Lutheran Church with Pastor
James H. Bangle officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to the Ebenezer Lutheran Church Memorial
Fund, P. O. Box 151, Marion, Va. 24354. The body will be taken to the church
one hour before the service. The family will receive friends Sunday evening
from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Arrangements by Seaver-Brown Funeral
Service.
