OBIT BLANKENSHIP, MAYNARD LEE

BLANKENSHIP, Maynard Lee, 56, of Vinton, died Tuesday, December 21, 1993, in a Roanoke hospital. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Likens Blankenship; his mother, Fannie B. Blankenship, New Castle; three stepchildren, Roger Likens, Salem, Butch Likens and Bonnie Tate, both of Roanoke; one brother, Kennith Blankenship, New Castle; two sisters, Janice Hannah, Salem, and Rita Springer, New Castle; two stepgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, December 23, at Boitnott Funeral Home. Interment will be in Huffman Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
