4 PULLED FROM OCEAN AFTER FISHING BOAT SINKS

Four men were pulled from the ocean by a Coast Guard helicopter crew Thursday after their fishing boat began sinking, those rescued said.

No one was injured.

"I saw the helicopter and I started waving my hands," said Mark Haynes, 25, of Virginia Beach, who was pulled from the water. The others were clinging to a buoy five miles off Rudee Inlet.

Mark West, 28, of Norfolk, was captain of the 37-foot fishing boat. He said rough seas apparently knocked a hole in the boat's right side just above the water line.

Haynes, West and Mark Morgan, 25, of Chesapeake; and Justin Ringer, 21, of Virginia Beach were fishing for sea bass.
