BASHAM-STARKEY

Mrs. Hilda P. Basham of Roanoke, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Starkey of Troutville, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Traci Leigh Basham and Thomas Jason Starkey. Traci is a 1991 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is a student at Va. Western Comm. College. She is a dance instructor at Miss Mona's School of Dance and Voice in Salem, Va. T.J. is a 1990 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is a student at Va. Western Comm. College. He holds a position with Carilion at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. No date has been set for the wedding.
