NO LOTTO WINNER; JACKPOT RISES TO $2.5 MILLION

No one matched all six winning numbers to win a $1.8 million Lotto jackpot, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Saturday.

The Lotto numbers drawn Friday night were 12, 13, 14, 18, 34, and 38.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's Lotto drawing is $2.5 million, spokeswoman Cherie Phaup said.

The lottery department moved the Lotto drawing from Christmas to Christmas Eve and did not draw Pick 3 and Pick 4 numbers Saturday.

For matching five of Friday's six Lotto numbers, 36 people won $1,378 each, Phaup said. Prizes of $65 went to 1,623 players who picked four winning numbers, while 28,742 people won a free play for choosing three of the six numbers. - Associated Press
