OBIT BALDWIN, LILLIAN M.

BALDWIN, Lillian M., 80, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, December 27, 1993. She was a member of Preston Oaks Baptist Church and the Dorcas Sunday School Class. She was the widow of Herman T. Baldwin. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Warren T. (Tommy) Baldwin and wife, Helen, of Salem, one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn B. Rakes and husband, Steven R. Rakes of Roanoke; six grandchildren, Robin B. Barrett, Pamela B. Reyes, Tracey B. Smith, Michael W. Rakes, Kristi R. Rakes, Kimberlee Rakes; five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, with the Rev. James Millsaps officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge MemoriaL Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
