OBIT REID, JEANETTE ROGERS

REID, Jeanette Rogers, 46, of Buena Vista, died Monday, December 27, 1993, in Stonewall Jackson Hospital. She was born in Buena Vista June 22, 1947, the daughter of the late Luther and Ruby Camden Rogers. She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Rogers on June 3, 1984. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Larry D. Reid, Buena Vista; daughter Melissa Reid Ferguson, Buena Vista; two grandsons, Keith Ferguson Jr. and C. Shane Ferguson; two brothers Roman Rogers, Glasgow, Allen Rogers, Buena Vista. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 30, at Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dean Staton officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at Lomax Funeral Home.
