JEWELER ANNOUNCES COUNCIL CANDIDACY

H. Todd Ratliff has announced his candidacy for Radford City Council. He has been a resident of Radford since 1985.

Ratliff is employed at Ginger's Jewelry as a master jeweler. He is an active member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.

Ratliff and his wife, Jeannie, have two children, T.J., age 7 and Heather, age 4.

Ratliff's sister, Ginger Mumpower, owns Ginger's Jewlery and also has been involved in politics.
